1. Send the essentials
Give us the collection and delivery towns or postcodes, make and model, condition and preferred dates. Say who will hand over the vehicle and whether it is ready to be released. Telegram lets you add photos and locations in the same conversation.
2. Check transport and loading
The coordinator assesses the vehicle and collection access, then checks a suitable transporter, flatbed trailer or recovery truck. Missing keys, locked wheels, low clearance or a restricted location must be discussed at this point.
3. Agree the scope, timing and price
Check the collection and delivery points, vehicle assumptions, proposed timing, price and any separately agreed handling or waiting conditions. For an import into Ukraine, identify import assistance and applicable charges separately. Opening a Telegram draft or asking for a quote is not confirmation of an order.
4. Prepare for collection
Confirm that the sender is available, the car can be released and keys and agreed documents are ready. Record the vehicle's visible condition at handover and discuss any difference from the information used for the quote.
5. Receive the vehicle
The receiving person should be available at the agreed point. Check the vehicle at handover, record any discrepancy and contact the coordinator through the existing conversation. Base appointments and any onward transport must follow the agreed plan.
When something changes
Tell the coordinator promptly about changes to access, timing, vehicle condition or the person receiving the car. Do not assume the original quote covers a materially different collection or unloading situation.
