Help24 by West Auto Import connects your route and vehicle requirements with a suitable transport arrangement. The starting point can be a seller, an agreed parking location or another address that has been checked for collection. The destination and person receiving the car are agreed before loading.

Car transporter, flatbed or recovery truck
A multi-car transporter carries vehicles as part of a transport load. A flatbed trailer or recovery truck may be more appropriate when vehicle access or loading condition needs a different arrangement. The coordinator checks the available option rather than selecting it from the country alone.
Please disclose damage, locked wheels, missing keys, low clearance, unusual dimensions or modifications. A car that starts is not necessarily able to load under its own power.
Three common requests
Personal car transport covers a vehicle you already own. Purchased car delivery focuses on collecting from the seller. Non-running car transport requires clear information about loading and unloading.
Handover and price
For Polish endpoints, you may agree to use Warsaw or Medyka. For Ukrainian endpoints, Kyiv or Lviv may be suitable. Base use, timing and any associated conditions are agreed for the order; they are not automatically included in every price.
The quote depends on collection and delivery locations, the car, condition and timing. Published EUR rates are reference components. Ask for the scope of the total quote, including any special loading or waiting conditions, before confirming.
Cross-border service scope
Transport to Ukraine and from Ukraine must be assessed in the correct direction. An import into Ukraine can also include separately agreed import and customs-clearance assistance. Do not treat transport alone as confirmation of import eligibility or registration.
