Collection starts with the seller's readiness
Before transport is scheduled, confirm that the vehicle may be released and who will hand over the keys. Share the exact collection address, the seller's contact details through the agreed contact channel and any appointment or access restrictions.
Vehicle transport is not a substitute for checking the seller, inspecting the car or confirming payment. Do not assume that we will negotiate the purchase, certify the vehicle's condition or release funds unless a separate service expressly covers that work.
What we need about the car
Make, model and year are a starting point. Add weight or unusual dimensions when relevant, and tell us whether the car starts, rolls, steers and brakes. Describe damage, locked wheels, missing keys and access limitations. Photos can help the coordinator assess the loading arrangement.
Agree the delivery endpoint
The car may be delivered to an agreed address or, for Polish and Ukrainian endpoints, handed over at a suitable base by appointment. Warsaw and Medyka are options in Poland; Kyiv and Lviv are options in Ukraine. These points do not automatically replace your requested delivery address.
A purchase for import into Ukraine
Ask about import and customs-clearance assistance before the transport plan is confirmed. The purchase and vehicle documents need to be checked for the intended process. Transport, additional service fees and applicable official payments must be distinguished.
Confirm the order details
The proposed arrangement should identify collection and delivery, vehicle and loading assumptions, the agreed timing and price. Tell the coordinator about a change in the seller's availability or the car's condition as soon as you know about it. Use the handover checklist and open the correct route.
