Transport that fits the vehicle

A multi-car transporter, a flatbed trailer or a recovery truck may suit different loading conditions. Tell us whether your car starts, rolls, steers and brakes, and mention damage, locked wheels, low ground clearance or missing keys. We confirm the appropriate arrangement before collection.

We handle requests for newly purchased cars, personal vehicles and non-running cars. Vehicle transport is not the same as driving your car to its destination.

Handover without an unnecessary trip

For journeys involving Poland, collection or delivery can be agreed at our Warsaw or Medyka bases. For Ukraine, the corresponding locations are Kyiv and Lviv. These are optional handover arrangements, not compulsory stops on every journey.

Choose a convenient time with the coordinator before travelling to a base. Exact addresses, any waiting or storage conditions and the person authorised to collect the car must be agreed separately. See the handover locations.

A clear quote before you commit

Send the collection and delivery towns, the car's make and model, its condition and your preferred dates. We check the route and explain the proposed transport, handover arrangements and price. A published rate per kilometre is a pricing component, not a guaranteed total for your journey.

For a vehicle being imported into Ukraine, import and customs-clearance assistance can be arranged as a separate part of the service. The scope and applicable costs must be confirmed for that vehicle.
