A coordinated service, with a defined scope
We can arrange delivery from Europe together with assistance for importing and clearing the vehicle in Ukraine. Start by sharing the available vehicle and purchase documents, the collection location and intended recipient. The coordinator will establish which parts of the process are required for your case.
An end-to-end arrangement means the agreed stages are coordinated. It does not mean that every possible payment, repair, certification or registration service is automatically included. The written scope must show what is covered and what remains separate.
What the assessment needs
Provide the make, model, year, VIN when available, vehicle location, condition and documents already held. Explain whether you have purchased the car, who will be the importer or recipient and what you need us to arrange. Do not send sensitive document copies into a public comment or public route-search field.
Separate the cost items
A complete explanation should distinguish physical transport, special collection or loading needs, service fees and any applicable official charges. Their applicability and amounts require a current vehicle-specific assessment. The transport tariff shown elsewhere on this website is not a customs calculator.
We do not publish a universal tax percentage, exemption or clearance deadline on this page. A car's registration country and the country from which it is collected do not, by themselves, establish every fact needed for import assessment.
Where the car will be handed over
Plan the Ukrainian destination as part of the order. Handover in Kyiv or Lviv can be agreed at our bases, or another delivery point can be checked. Confirm whether a further delivery leg is included and who will be authorised to receive the vehicle.
Before you confirm
Ask for the agreed scope, the documents still needed, the cost breakdown and the handover plan. Unresolved eligibility or document issues need to be addressed before a journey is treated as ready for collection.
