Poland: Warsaw and Medyka

When Poland is the collection or delivery country, you can discuss handover at Warsaw or Medyka. Choose the base with the coordinator according to the actual transport arrangement. A base is not automatically included because a vehicle passes through Poland.

Ukraine: Kyiv and Lviv

For a Ukrainian collection or destination, Kyiv and Lviv are available as handover options by arrangement. Confirm who will release or collect the vehicle, its condition and the planned time before visiting.

Arrange the practical details first

The coordinator must confirm the exact address and a suitable appointment. Opening hours, parking availability, free storage, security services or permission for an unattended drop-off are not implied by this page. Any waiting, storage or onward delivery must be agreed for your order.

Bring or prepare the keys and agreed documents. Tell us if the car is not running or cannot be moved normally, so the base and transport plan can account for it.

Collection by another person

Give the coordinator the receiving person's details through the agreed private contact channel and clarify any authority needed for release. Do not assume a car can be handed over to anyone who knows the registration number.

Base address versus registered office

The company's registered address in the footer identifies the business. It is not automatically a vehicle collection yard. Use only the handover address confirmed for your order.
