How we calculate the cost and timing

Your quote depends on the collection and delivery points, the car's size and condition, the transport method and any extra work. Before you book, we will agree on the full amount and what the service includes.

We will also agree on a collection window and an estimated delivery time after loading. If you need the car for a particular event, mention this in your enquiry.

Handover while you are already in Poland

An agreed representative can hand over the car in Ukraine. Tell us who has the vehicle, keys and documents. Before arranging loading, the coordinator checks their authority and the vehicle’s status, then agrees the handover procedure.

In Poland, nominate a contact and a suitable collection window. If collecting from a base, confirm the release appointment separately so you can plan your visit around agreed arrangements.

Car transporter, trailer or recovery truck

We choose transport to suit the car's model, dimensions and condition. Tell us whether it starts, whether the wheels turn and whether the steering and brakes work. For a non-running car, we decide how to load it before setting off.

Vehicle handover and documents

Before loading, we will agree on the sender, recipient and documents based on the car's registration and the purpose of the move. If someone else is handing over the car, tell us at the outset so we can arrange the handover according to their authority to act. Any further vehicle formalities in the destination country are discussed separately.

What to send for a quote

Send the collection and delivery cities, make and model, vehicle condition and preferred period. Tell us where the car is: with its owner or seller, in a car park or at a repair shop. The cities are enough for your first enquiry; we will agree on exact addresses while preparing the transport.
