Move the car without planning a separate driving trip
This service concerns transporting your vehicle on a car transporter, flatbed trailer or recovery truck. Tell us where it is now, where you need it delivered and your preferred dates. The transport plan is based on the vehicle and the journey, not simply on your travel itinerary.
Make the handover practical
You do not need to assume that the car must arrive at the same time as you. Tell the coordinator when the sender and recipient can be present and whether someone else will hand over or collect the vehicle. Confirm their authority and the arrangements for keys and documents in advance.
For Polish endpoints, Warsaw and Medyka are available as handover options by arrangement. For Ukrainian endpoints, the corresponding bases are Kyiv and Lviv. Exact timing and any storage arrangements must be agreed separately. View handover locations.
Be specific about the vehicle
Mention low ground clearance, modifications, a flat battery, locked wheels or damage, even when the car was previously in daily use. Loading requirements can differ from everyday driving condition. Ask before leaving luggage or other belongings in the car; their carriage is not automatically part of vehicle transport.
Cross-border circumstances
Explain whether the move is temporary, permanent or connected with another change in ownership or use. Transport alone does not determine permission to import, register or use a vehicle in the destination country. Where an import into Ukraine is required, you may request our separately agreed import assistance.
Send a complete first message
Include collection and delivery towns, the make and model, condition, preferred dates and who will release and receive the car. Choose a route or read how the process works.
