Confirm the point and the person
Check the exact address, appointment and contact details for collection and delivery. A business name or a city alone is not enough. Tell the coordinator who will hand over the keys and who will receive the vehicle, especially when either person is not the owner.
For a base appointment in Warsaw, Medyka, Kyiv or Lviv, confirm the actual handover address. Do not use the registered office address from the footer as a substitute.
Describe condition before the truck arrives
Say whether the car starts, rolls, steers and brakes. Disclose damage, locked wheels, missing keys and low clearance. Make the loading access visible in photos where useful. A different condition on collection day may require the plan to be reassessed.
Prepare keys and agreed documents
Make sure the sender knows which keys and documents are to be handed over and how they should be recorded. The exact document set depends on the journey and the vehicle's circumstances. Use the document checklist as preparation, not as a universal legal list.
Record what is handed over
Check the visible condition, accessories and any agreed accompanying items. Keep an appropriate record and photos where suitable. Do not assume that personal luggage, loose parts or another item in the car is accepted for transport without agreement.
At delivery
The receiving person should be ready at the agreed time and able to identify the correct vehicle. Check its visible condition during handover. Record any discrepancy and contact the coordinator rather than relying on an informal promise to settle the details later.
Changes and waiting
Let us know about changed access, a late recipient or a revised address before it affects the transport. Storage, waiting and onward delivery are not automatically free or included. Read how the process works and view the handover locations.
