Telegram: recommended for a transport quote

Use the Telegram button to open a draft message. Add the collection and delivery towns or postcodes, make and model, vehicle condition and preferred dates, then send the message yourself.

Telegram is useful for keeping the route, photos and agreed details together. Merely opening the conversation does not submit a booking and does not confirm a departure time or price.

What to prepare

Explain whether the vehicle is yours already or is being collected from a seller. Say whether it starts, rolls, steers and brakes. Mention missing keys, locked wheels, damage or restricted loading access.

For a Ukraine-bound import, state that you need import and customs-clearance assistance, not only transport. Send document copies only through the private channel agreed with the coordinator.

Agree a base appointment

For handover in Warsaw, Medyka, Kyiv or Lviv, confirm the exact address and time first. The registered office address is not a default vehicle delivery point. Read about handover locations.

Already discussing a shipment?

Use the existing conversation and identify your route or order, so the coordinator can keep the details together. A change to the car's condition, collection availability or receiving person should be communicated before loading.
