Start with vehicle identification
Have the make, model, year and available registration details ready. A VIN helps identify the exact car when discussing purchase or import paperwork. Do not put sensitive copies into a public search field or share them with an unverified contact.
Ownership or purchase information
Explain whether the vehicle already belongs to you, has just been purchased or is being moved for another person. Gather the registration and purchase or ownership documents that are available. This is a preparation checklist, not a statement that every item is legally required for every movement.
Permission to release and receive the car
Confirm the seller or sender can release the vehicle, who will hand over the keys and who will receive it. Where a representative is involved, clarify the necessary authority before collection. A transporter cannot infer permission from a route enquiry alone.
Explain the border situation
State the origin, destination and purpose of the move. Temporary use, a change of residence and a purchase for import are not interchangeable descriptions. The applicable procedure must be checked with the relevant professionals for the specific circumstances.
For an import into Ukraine, our assistance service can be requested separately. It does not make a universal promise that any car is eligible for import, registration or a particular tax treatment. Destination work elsewhere is not automatically part of that Ukraine service.
What to confirm before booking
Ask which originals or copies are needed, who must prepare them, how they should accompany the vehicle and who will receive them. Resolve missing information before treating collection as confirmed. Do not substitute an online list for the final order-specific instructions.
Use a private channel
Send the initial route and vehicle details through Contact. Agree how sensitive document copies will be shared with the coordinator. At handover, keep a record of what has been transferred along with the car. See the handover checklist.
