Exact points matter
A request between two countries still needs towns or postcodes. Collection from a seller, a base appointment and delivery to a residential address can create different arrangements. Tell us about restricted access, appointment requirements or a receiving location that is not always staffed.
Vehicle and loading condition
Make and model help identify the vehicle, but condition is equally important. A car that can be driven onto transport equipment differs from one with locked wheels or damaged suspension. Missing keys, low ground clearance or unusual dimensions need to be disclosed before the final quote.
Timing and transport method
Give a preferred date range and identify any date that is genuinely fixed. The coordinator checks what can be arranged with a car transporter, flatbed trailer or recovery truck. Do not assume a website route is a scheduled daily departure.
Read the tariff correctly
The tariff component on this page uses the same approved EUR data as the other language versions. Amounts shown as “from” remain starting values. Do not add every displayed line mechanically and call it a complete route price; applicability must be confirmed for the order.
Dispatch, distance-based transport and waiting are distinct concepts. Ask which items apply, what is included in the quoted total and what would change if the loading description turns out to be inaccurate.
Cross-border and optional services
For a vehicle entering Ukraine, transport and import assistance are not the same charge. Any service fee and applicable official payments should be identified separately. Storage or an additional delivery leg must also be agreed rather than inferred from the presence of a base.
Compare equivalent offers
Compare the same collection point, delivery point, vehicle condition and dates. Ask about loading, handover, payment terms and the scope of responsibility in the actual agreement. A lower headline rate is not necessarily a lower price for an identical service.
