Customer reviews

Everything was fast and clear. Constant communication with the operator and timely delivery! Thank you very much, we were very satisfied 😍

I used this company to have my electric Nissan Leaf driven over and was very pleased! Everything was done quickly and carefully. The car was fully loaded with belongings, and everything arrived safe and sound. During the transfer an error appeared and the car had trouble starting. The cause turned out to be simple: a loose battery terminal. This put the car into emergency mode, but the team still carefully loaded it and delivered it safely. Thank you very much for your professionalism and responsible approach!

Warsaw - Kyiv. Everything went great, and even cheaper than others

Only positive emotions throughout the entire journey, on the Sweden-Spain route: quick, specific responses, the ability to track the vehicle's location and the driver's coordinates, and immediate compensation for minor issues during transport. Highly recommended.

The car was delivered on time, although there was a delay due to the holidays, but overall the delivery of the car was on time.

Thank you for being the best! ❤️ WestAutoImport demonstrated a high level of professionalism and organization during the delivery of the car. The transportation was carried out exactly on time, in compliance with all agreements. The team responded promptly to requests, providing clear communication and support at every stage. I recommend it as a reliable partner for car import and logistics.

Thank you very much for the delivery of the car, it was delivered on time and not expensive.

A grateful review! I bought a car in Germany and decided to transport it from Germany to Ukraine on a trailer rather than transport it myself. I googled WestAutoimport and chose WestAutoimport. I spoke with a manager about the terms, timeframe, and cost of transportation, as well as additional related services, and I was very pleased with the pleasant communication and information I received. We agreed on a delivery date and signed the contract. I was constantly informed about every stage of the vehicle's journey from the loading point to the unloading point in Ukraine. Everything was handled very quickly and professionally, which is something the entire company's staff deserves! I hope to use WestAutoimport again in the future and recommend it to other interested customers.

A great team of guys, everything went perfectly. The car wasn't running, but they picked it up from Germany and brought it to Kharkiv, and helped unload it at the designated location. Everything went perfectly, and payment was made upon unloading. Thank you for your work.

My Mitsubishi was picked up from Amsterdam and delivered to Odessa. The car arrived safe and sound. Thank you to the WestAutoImport team for the skilled work and very reasonable prices. I recommend this company to everyone!

The team handled the delivery a couple of weeks ago. Everything went quickly, efficiently and well. I particularly appreciated that payment was only taken after the work was completed, without unnecessary discussions or demands for payment before the service. They work calmly, without stress, and get things done. I recommend them.

Good afternoon. Very nice and responsive team, transported my car from Germany to Poland. Everything was discussed in detail and the car transportation service was on time. I recommend
