Customer reviews

Very grateful to the company for delivering my car from Portugal! They responded quickly to the request and found a car carrier. Delivery took a week, four days earlier than planned. The price was at the lower end of the market, while the managers were always in touch and pleasant to talk to. A very customer-focused company! I will definitely contact them again if needed. Thank you!

I contacted them via WhatsApp, we agreed, they loaded and delivered it. Everything arrived on time, as agreed. Payment was made upon shipment. Very convenient.

I ordered a car delivery — everything went at the highest level! Very professional approach: they took into account all the nuances, were constantly in touch, provided comprehensive information. The car arrived on time, as agreed. Thank you very much for the responsibility and high-quality service! I recommend!

I had very little time to find a transport company for my car. The girls responded immediately after the request and very quickly planned the transportation. I recommend!

We are sincerely grateful to the company WestAutolmport for their speed and responsibility! They transported the car promptly, picked up the car from Germany at the specified address and delivered it to Kyiv also at the specified address. Good service, polite communication of the company's employees, reliability. I recommend!!!

We used the services of WestAutoImport to transport our car from Germany to Ukraine — and were very satisfied! Of course, as responsible owners, we had many additional questions and concerns. Perhaps it “spoiled the nerves” of the managers a little 😅 But the team reacted calmly, professionally and with understanding. The car was delivered quickly, safely and exactly on time. The whole process — from the first contact to receiving the car — was organized and transparent. Constant communication, clear answers to all questions and sincere interest in the result made a great impression. We sincerely thank WestAutoImport for the reliability and high level of service. We definitely recommend it!

After the car broke down, the brake system did not work, it was necessary to transport the car from Germany to Ukraine. I used the services of this company. I am satisfied with the quality of the services provided, the shipment and delivery took place on the scheduled days. I recommend

These guys delivered the car from Germany to Ukraine (Vinnytsia) in a week. I recommend them.

Hello everyone. I'd like to share my experience of transporting a car from Klaipėda in Lithuania to Ukraine through this company. I chose WestAutoImport because of the positive reviews. A group of four people was created, including the company's director and founder. Everything was worked out transparently and was accessible to everyone in the group. We signed a contract. The transport was organised quickly and efficiently: they collected the car in Klaipėda on June 4 and delivered it to the address in the contract in Kyiv on June 7. I was regularly updated on the transport status. WestAutoImport helped with customs clearance, and everything went smoothly. I recommend this company to anyone planning to transport a car from Europe to Ukraine. Contact them with confidence!
