Customer reviews

I want to leave a sincere review about the transport company that organized the transportation of the car from Belgium to Poland. All the work was done at a high level - the delivery was fast and without any problems. I would like to separately mention Alina: a responsible person who was constantly in touch both during loading and unloading. This adds confidence and peace of mind that everything is under control. I was also pleasantly surprised that the company quickly found the optimal loading at the best price on the market. Thank you very much for your professionalism! I will definitely contact you again. From myself, as a person who deals with cars, I can confidently recommend this company for cooperation.

I'm very pleased with the company; communication was easy and comfortable, and they delivered the car safely and quickly from Europe to Ukraine. Thank you!

I had a car breakdown. Repair in Germany is almost impossible. I turned to WestAutoImport for help with transportation. They did everything as they initially suggested! 1. Payment within the proposed price range, there were no additional charges; 2. The deadlines are clear and within the promised range; 3. Without any problems and additional worries for me as a client! Very satisfied with the work!!! Special thanks to the company managers Alina and Veronica for delivering my car from Germany to Ukraine. I recommend.

I wanted to first thank Alina for her cooperation. She's always available to contact, and for bringing my car home when five suppliers refused!! Time is money!!! They lied!! There's a lot of fraud online!! Remember, this company did what no one else could for me. Thank you very much, I'm very satisfied!!! Car delivery from Italy to Poland!

I recommend this company without hesitation. They are very responsible and flexible, and they always stick to their price without changing the terms. They delivered my car from Bremen, Germany, to Imperia, Italy. It's almost 1,500 km. But their work ethic is key. The car transporter broke down en route, and the company was able to quickly provide another one. That's a system. Thank you for their hard work.

Nicely done work for reasonable money. Everything was on time, informative, with notifications about the delivery status at all stages. Thank you!

A very professional team. Our car was delivered quickly from the Czech Republic to Germany. The company's employees were always available and kept me regularly updated. I am very satisfied and can recommend them without reservation.

For me all went quite well. I had to transfer car from Krakow to southern Spain. Before that my friend used their services for a very similar route and he gave me their contacts. The pickup date and place was agreed a week in advance. Driver was in time, perhaps an hour late which is nothing considering the route complexity and that they pick several cars. For me that was expected. The transfer took a bit longer than expected but I was not in a rush and taking into account that the distance is huge - it was okay for me. Car was offloaded in Spain in the requested city in a convenient location. The pricing is affordable I would say. There were no extra subcharges or any trickery which some logistics company like to add and I hate this. It was just what we initially agreed. So I don't know, two out of two cars where delivered (mine and my friends one). Got the car with no damages and delays. For me that's a success cause I had different experiences to be honest when transferring cars previously.

Awesome company, highly recommend! Car delivery from Poland to Spain. Everything went smoothly, the guys were in touch the whole time, and the car arrived without any defects. No worries! Thank you so much again.

A reliable company with a personal approach to the client! They delivered a car from the Czech Republic to Odessa. The entire process was thoroughly discussed, and no additional questions arose. The manager kept us informed of the car's location. I recommend this company.

Thank you very much for delivering the car from Germany to Warsaw. Everything was fast and efficient. I recommend this company for cooperation.

Everything went very well, I'm very satisfied 🙌 I used the delivery service – everything was clear and smooth from the very beginning. They were always in touch, responded quickly, and kept me informed at every step. I'd also like to point out that they helped me find the best option – it was fast and the price was completely acceptable. The delivery went smoothly, everything was clear and as agreed, and the delivery was neat and on time. Thank you very much, I highly recommend you!
