I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I was really impressed with the company's efficient operation. I was very pleased with the communication process. Anastasia, the logistics manager, was always available and answered questions promptly, helping and explaining everything. Even my request to share the driver's location was handled promptly and without unnecessary questions. Even though I don't think this is the most popular route, they found transportation to deliver my car within a few days. Everything went smoothly and on time. I'd be happy to use them again!

A car was delivered from Carrara, Italy, to Terespol, a border crossing. There was a four-day loading delay, which is why I couldn't meet the car myself, as my visa expired the day before the car was delivered. I had to shell out an extra €300 for border transportation services. Not to mention that the driver's seat was so dirty in the light-colored interior that it was impossible to sit down, and the license plate was bent when it was removed. Considering I refused two carriers while waiting for these.
